Well, I finished my first solo music video yesterday and will be flying back to the midwest today! Am missing Seattle already and I haven’t even left yet!

I can’t wait to see how everything turned out! We shot the video for CROSS MY HEART in HD and from what I was told it has a "film like" quality! My assistants Leah and Julie were amazing help... O’Ryan, Major and crew were awesome as well! THANK YOU!! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect! Sunny, magical! There is no place more magical then Seattle on a beautiful Sunny day!

We filmed at a hotel called Hotel Deca in their presidential suite (I want to LIVE there! Such an nice room!) and embraced the opportunity to capture some impressive out door shots from the balcony that overlooked the Emerald City, exposing breathtaking views of lake union, lake washington... and even Mount Rainier was clear of clouds to greet us!

I’ll have more to share later with you here on planet sweet but I need to get repacked for the long flight home.

Wow! Japan was amazing! I LOVE this country so rich in culture, kind, generous and respectful! It was so clean too! I had the honor of visiting the Nagoya Castle and what a beautiful place. I didn’t want to leave! The Japanese tour was way too short but I gained so much. I hope I get the opportunity to visit again one day.

Although Japan was my last tour with Queensryche I have so many fond memories and have made some great new friends. I am truly blessed. Where one door closes another door opens and I look forward to my future! Stay tuned...

All my love,
pamela

Having a wonderful time in Seattle! The weather has been cooperating for the most part providing some pretty fantastic days! (There is no place like Seattle on a beautiful day!) Aside from my rehearsal commitments with Queensryche I’ve had some extra time to visit with my family and close friends, I’ve even made some new friends too! ...it feels good to be home.

Hey PMA!

It’s a NEW YEAR and I’m ready to rock!

I hope everyone had a safe and jubilant celebration! May you all be in good health and great spirits!

Exciting plans are in the works for me in 2007 and I wanted to share it all with you!

First!
If you haven’t done so already please read the exciting news on my home page about "Stories From A Blue Room"! It’s charting like crazy and we are so excited!

Second:
I plan to work on a new video this year, put together some live shows to support my solo record and tour Asia with Queensryche later this year. We’ll keep you posted as these events happen, so keep checking out my news section here and at myspace!

A New Booking Tool:
A good friend of mine turned me onto a wonderful new utility. This new tool (designed by Eventful.com) will help my management and booking agents more efficiently book shows by simply viewing "YOUR" demands! So, please help us out! Just... Click the Demand button on my MYSpace page, Register, Demand me, and we’ll keep you posted on the tour dates! (Hapi posted this info on the forum but I thought I should post something here too!) I’d LOVE to perform live, in concert, in your city...so let us know where you live and tell all your friends to Demand it too! The more "demands" the better it works!
Check it out! HERE

You can also post a link that they offer on your websites or MySpace page and help spread the word.

AND Finally:
I have new photos posted on my MySpace extended gallery! Come visit!

All my love...
pamela

Tour is over... sad. But, it was the most amazing time... thank you to Queensryche and Crew for such a rewarding and memorable run! I will take a little time off to be with my family for a bit. Then hoping to get my own band up and running! So please send some positive energy my way! I am anxious to get back out doing my own material very soon!

At last! A mini break before kicking full force into the last leg of the Queensryche OMC2 tour but I will be sad to see the shows finally end this year...
What an awesome "ride" this year has been working with The Ryche, beginning in Europe, then the trek to Australia (I WANNA GO BACK) and finally the states! I have met some really wonderful people and that’s always a great perk! Maybe 2007 will afford me the chance to take my own show on the road... so, cross your fingers for me. I would love to have that chance plop in my lap!

I managed to find a couple of days to spend with my mother earlier this week before heading home to Chicago AND... just in time to see her beautiful new house she will be moving into shortly! It’s taken her and her husband awhile to find the right place but I am very excited she can enjoy the home of her dreams, at long last! What an awesome Christmas this will be Momma!

OK... So, I watched this movie today called, "In Her Shoes".
(It stars Cameron Dias, Toni Collette and Shirley MacLaine... sorry guys, I guess you’d call this movie a "chic flick" and you might not feel the need to run out and buy/rent it) Anyway, at the end of the movie, Cameron Dias reads a poem written by EE Cummings. It’s entitled: I carry Your Heart With Me.

This poem really touched me and I felt like sharing it with you.

i carry your heart with me
by e. e. cummings

i carry your heart with me (i carry it in
my heart) i am never without it (anywhere
i go you go, my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing, my darling)

i fear no fate (for you are my fate, my sweet)
i want no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true)
and it’s you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart

i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)

"FROM THE OUTSIDE IN" by Pamela:
For all those who are going through very tough relationship times... please make sure to stand back before making any decisions that you could possibly regret forever. None of us are spared the emotional pain of separation in a relationship. Unfortunately, at some time in our lives we will all go through it and perhaps more than just once! So, Keep your communication open and strong with your partner, no matter how difficult it is to do and never try to fix your fears and sadness "from the outside, in".
If you love someone dearly, at least invest the honest work of communication and if things still break down between the two of you, remember to forgive each other, be positive and never vindictive.

Because Life is too short...

So sorry for not keeping my journal updated but things have been crazy busy! I think this tour with Queensryche is the busiest one I’ve been on since the Empire tour back in 1990!

Anyway, the shows have been going extremely well thanks to our awesome crew busting their butts every night and meeting all of you has been such a pleasure! It’s always nice to put a face to the "internet names"!

I can’t wait to get to my hometown Seattle to see my family and perform at the MOORE Theatre! I think we are suppose to be filming that night...so those of you coming out to those shows...put on your ROCK!

We are in Vegas tonight then off to Temecula!

CHEERS!

September 2, 2006
No it wasn’t a rumor, it was sadly very true! I had a violent bout with food poisoning a couple of days ago and wasn’t able to perform for the great folks in Alabama. Instead I spent 8 hours in the emergency room! NOT fun!

To all the fans who attended the Mobile Alabama show, I am so very sorry but believe me, it was out of my control! I just hate missing an opportunity to perform and not only that to have put Queensryche in such a bind but I was a very sick puppy! Honestly, I wouldn’t wish food poisoning on my worst enemy-!!

Anyway, I am feeling stronger everyday and was able to do the show last night in Pompano and the night before in Clearwater! All systems go!

I want to express my sincerest thank you to all of you who sent me messages and emails showing your concern. It was overwhelming and I am deeply grateful for your encouragement and prayers. Thank you so very much!

Now that THAT is over... let’s ROCK shall we?

All my love to you! See you out there...

August 24, 2006
I arrived in Orlando Florida last night and was able to get good nights rest. When I woke this morning it was POURING down rain! Such a different experience than rain in Seattle! The atmosphere here is very thick and temperature warm.

I’m now at the venue rehearsing with the band working out some last minute costume changes and going over the new songs... and as I sit here at my lap top I’m reminded of how fortunate I am to be a part of such an amazing show! For those of you who are planning to attend a Queensryche show this year? You are in for a great adventure! It’s not just your typical Rock show, THAT’S FOR SURE!

August 11, 2006
WOW! Is it the 11th already? Time sure flies when your busy putting together a Rock Show!

Things are sounding great with Queensryche so far! Just a few more days of band rehearsals then onto the full production stuff next week. Can’t wait to see how everything comes together, it’s gonna be awesome!

Seattle is so beautiful! However, it did start raining the second day I was here. My assistant told me they haven’t had rain in over a month! (Is she trying to tell me something?) Still, it’s nice to be back home, smell the fresh air, see Mt. Rainier again, Puget Sound... Gorgeous! (I sure miss home.)

OH! AND... for those of you who sent me a "singing voice mail" EARLY this morning on my business line? (A little off key I might add.) ...how are you feeling today? *wink* YOU RAWK!!

Laters, my PMA’ers!

August 2, 2006
Hi PMAer’s!
Just wanted to let you know I’ll be heading back to my home town of Seattle next week for rehearsals with my beloved Queensryche and company. We fly out to Florida the end of this month to begin the stateside OMC2 tour and I can’t wait to get out there on stage once again!

Please continue to email me your pics and messages. I love receiving them and hopefully will have the time to answer back! I plan to learn how to post photos to my website gallery so I can keep it more current! I love posting the photos of the people I’ve met on the road and welcome you to send them. It adds a personal flavor to my gallery, and I love that!

Finally, I want to give a big welcome all our NEW PMA forum members! My forum (and my record company) is affectionately called Planet Sweet... and it is... it’s a great place to hang and you are very welcome to join us anytime!

July 27, 2006
I had such a wonderful time in the "Blue Room" the other night and want to thank all of you who dropped in to say hello! I was delighted with the turn-out and even though it was a bit hectic at times... it’s always worth having the opportunity to hook up with everyone.
As most of you know, my upcoming schedule is going to get pretty crazy beginning in August, but I want to try and arrange another chat room night while I’m out on tour. So keep checking back with me periodically as it will definitely be a very spontaneous moment!

Oh, and if you didn’t notice the news announcement... go to www.cdinzane.com STORIES FROM A BLUE ROOM is being featured!
Cheers!

Sorry it took a bit to post a new journal entry. Jet Lag from the Australian tour really knocked me out this time around! eek!

The last shows in Sydney and Brisbane were awesome! As usual the fans were amazing and made us feel right at home. It was a trip that I and the Ryche will never forget...

Cheers to Australia for making us feel so welcome and appreciated! I want to also thank you for all the kind emails I have received! You sure know how to make a gal feel special!

I might have mentioned this before... but I hope to pick a night this next week to invite you all to the chat room with me before I leave for Seattle. So check back with me either here or at the forum for a notice on when this will happen! I am hoping soon! I do miss everyone... However, I Can’t wait for the tour to begin and then I can see all of your smiling faces IN PERSON!

HEY! ...and check out my new solo record on iTunes! I discovered it was finally posted to the iTunes music store the day I got back from Australia!
Such a great surprise... now people will be able to listen and or purchase their favorite song, even write a customer review!

July 15, 2006
So... wow again!

Australian fans are awesome! I can’t tell you how much we have enjoyed our stay here in Melbourne. I hope I have the chance to come and visit again someday... only this time a little longer? *crossing fingers*

The show tonight was almost 2 hours long... the guys pulled out all their major hits as well as our Combined OMC European set list and it was a great call! The fans showed so much enthusiasm and sang as loud as the greeks did! (look out Costas and Dimitrus.. you have some awesome competition over here! LOL)

I had a minor mishap with my in-ear monitor system... somehow it got unplugged and I had to sing without monitors for a whole song! But no worries mate! I was able to fix it during a costume change. Which reminds me to send a big Kudos out to our crew.

Our crew is amazing! They work so hard and their effort shows each and every night because they make us sound and look so great! Cheers to the crew!

Unfortunately, I have to keep this short because it is now almost 3am, we have a 8am wake up call and a 9am lobby call. We catch a flight to Sydney at 11am and do another rock show!

So, Thank you Melbourne for your love. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again real soon!

In the meantime, now I lay me down to sleep...

Nighty, night!

July 13, 2006
Wow!
I can’t believe we made it...But we did! We touched down on the land down-under at 8am this morning. It was a very long travel day, so long that we even missed Wednesday altogether! But here we are and I have to tell you I am already very impressed with what I’ve seen so far! I really really love the people, the city of Melbourne, the food! Awesome! Can’t wait to visit the other cities as well...

After a very very early dinner, most of us (some band and some crew members) went to the Lightning Ridge Opal Mining office where we were educated on opals. The owner then took us to 2 huge bins filled with "rocks" (which were "opals in the rough") and we were told we could pick out which ones we thought had potential. We were also told we could keep what we found! What great fun we had!

This is a secret love of mine... to collect pretty pieces of rock and different kinds of woods. The earth so richly provides us these very simple and beautiful materials, so why not enjoy them?

When I was a young girl I was introduced to a rock tumbler that a friend of the family had. One day our friend told me to go outside and try to find some pretty rocks, bring them inside to him and he promised to turn them into "jewels"! I immediately ran outside and grabbed a handful of gravel! (LOL..probably not what he was thinking of but he encouraged me all the same!) He carefully took my little handful of gravel and placed them in his tumbler. The next day or so, we returned and he had me open the tumbler only to discover a handful of "precious jewels" that were all mine! What a joy to find out that something that didn’t look as valuable on the outside could simply be polished a little to show off it’s ultimate beauty... perhaps a life lesson ?

I can’t wait to buy my own tumbler now and polish these "opals in the rough" along with the beautiful Quartz rocks I found on the Beach in Spain!

Anyway, our first show begins tomorrow night with a long sound check/ rehearsal scheduled. Then it’s off to Sydney Saturday morning.

I’ll let you know how things go and if there is any juicy details for you...

OH AND BTW? Pirates of The Caribbean is awesome!!! Special effects brilliant! Go see it...

Big hugz,
Pamela

July 11, 2006
Hey everybody...
I’m heading to the land "Down Under" and getting very excited! Australia is one country I have longed to visit and my dream is finally coming true! I’ll try to keep my journal updated each day (providing I have access to the internet) and promise to take lots of pics!

Now...Upon my return, I plan to bring back hosting a night in my chat room. So keep checking back as we should have something posted about when all this will begin!

I hope everyone is having a great summer!

Much love,
Pamela

February 6, 2006
I’m back!!! And so very happy with the results!
Neil Kernon is an inspiration. His musical sense and ability brings the songs to life. We have been honored to work with him and hopefully someday I will drive him to insanity, again. (just kidding neil *wink*)
Ben will starting on the CD layout and I can’t wait to see what his amazingly, creative mind comes up with! In the meantime, stick with us as we should have a sneak preview when the masters get done.

Thanks to all who have signed up as Street Team member. I can hardly wait to meet everybody at the listening parties, during the QR tours.

Much love,
Pamela

TAKING RISKS....

The following poem (author unknown) I found while surfing the internet. It’s profoundly prophetic at such a precarious time in my life...

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.

To weep is to risk appearing sentimental

To reach out for another is to risk involvement.

To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.

To place your dreams before a crowd is to risk ridicule.

To love is to risk not being loved in return.

To live is to risk dying.

To hope is to risk despair.

To go forward in the face of overwhelming odds is to risk failure

But to risk we must, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

The person who risks nothing is one who does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.

He may avoid suffering and sorrows, but he cannot learn, feel, change, grow, or love.

Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave - he has forfeited his freedom.

Only a person who takes risks is FREE...

October 17, 2005
My slogan for the day: "Oh Toto... there’s no place like home!"

I just got back into Seattle last night. Need to catch up on a little more sleep, but it’s all good!

This last tour with QR was probably the most fun for me, (I finally figured out how to sleep on the bus! ) but I also had the honor of meeting many more of you in person and as always... it’s a pleasure!

I sold a few T-shirts and a whole lot of new color pics too! So I’ll have to look into how much inventory I have left and get new tee’s made. However, the next batch of new T-shirts will be a "creation from Benjamin" and will coincide with our new record coming out next year! I can’t wait!

I’ve been receiving many great fan pics via email and hope to get together with Benjamin (very shortly here) so we can post them to the fan gallery website! Keep checking in! Your picture just might be up there soon!

Now, even though I’m back, there is no rest for the weary... it’s back to the grind of the daily duties of life and booking schedules, but to be honest, I wouldn’t have it any other way especially because we are down to the last phase of the solo record project!

I will be flying to the bay area sometime in November to do my vocal work with Geoff Tate for the new OMC2 record. After that, Ben and I hope to fly Neil into Seattle one last time so we can get the finishing touches completed for our new record. We then will fly back with Neil in December to Chicago to get the Bass recorded and the album mixed! I can’t wait to get it finally done.... and I really think you’re gonna love it!

Well, I’m off to do some errands. Hope to see everyone in the chat room soon!

Love you all.
Pamela

September 22, 2005

Here I am in Winnipeg after a 13 hour bus ride! I had a nice dinner with Christian (actor "nikki") and our bus driver, Tory.
I plan on getting some good sleep tonight before our Lobby Call at 4pm tomorrow afternoon, then after tomorrow nights show we head off on a 10 hour bus ride to St. Paul, Mn.

Last nights show was a great time as we were able to perform OMC on a "real stage" which makes things a lot easier when you have a lot of room!
The theatre was the MacEwan Hall at the University of Calgary, which is a very pretty campus as well.

Just a side note: For those that live in or near the Houston Texas or Louisiana area, please be safe! It looks like another storm is brewing!!!!

God Bless.

Love,
Pamela

September 18, 2005

Well, last night in Spokane was a great success! The fans are so amazing!
We gave them a "new scene" to watch
during the operation mindcrime song too!

Meet and Greet is always a joy for me as I am able to say hello to so many
familiar faces, and new faces as well! I
also saw our own PMA member’s Alan, Iota and his pretty wife, who also came
to the Idaho show! Alan, I can’t wait
to see your live photos, you always do such a great job with that!

My Uncle and cousins were able to come to the show as well and that was a
VERY special treat for me!

The drive to Edmonton was "bumpy" so sleep on the bus was at best ...light!
At any rate, we made it in record time
and I hope to join the boys for a nice dinner tonight and a great sleep in
my king size bed!

One more full day off before show day on Tuesday! ..and I’m going
SHOPPING!

:-)

Love,
Pamela

BOISE ROCKED LAST Very Small stage, but great crowd!!!
Geoff is having me do more acting on the stage (at the last minute) and I have to wear a nun outfit! But other than that, it was great!

We are in Spokane WA tonight ...

Big hugs!

September 15, 2005

Well this is day 3 and we are in Boise Idaho with a much needed night off!

The last 2 shows went well and I’m looking forward to meeting all the fans here in Boise!

Going to go work out at Gold’s Gym.. get some cardio action!

Hope everyone is doing well! Miss you all!

Love,
Pamela

September 5, 2005

Well, it’s come time to prepare for the next leg of the OMC 2005 tour which starts Sept. 13th in Victoria BC.

I’m excited to get back out on the road with the guys and most importantly have the chance to meet you! (If I haven’t already...)

The studio sessions last week went GREAT!!! My cousin, Terri Nunn, kicked ass (Thanks cousin... I love you!) and we tracked some other nice surprises for you. :)

One more recording session is slated for some time in November. Then we get to mix, YAY!

See you soon!

Love,
Pamela

August 18, 2005

Hey PMA! Hope you’re having a great summer so far?

I’m anticipating a big week next week with the arrival of our producer Neil Kernon and my cousin Terri Nunn, who is just one of my "special guest performers" sharing their talents on this very awesome record.
Ben has been busy in his studio handling the finishing touches needed to accommodate Neil’s short visit with us.

For me personally, this has been an awesome experience writing with Benjamin and working with Neil, experiencing Sonic Ranch... I just don’t want it to end but I also can’t wait for you to hear the finished product!

Expect the release early next year!
Cheers!

August 13, 2005

Benjamin and I have a photo shoot planned for Sunday Aug. 14.

We hope to get some great shots for the upcoming Cd.

Vetala is our photographer and has done some amazing work.. and if all goes well, we should be able to give you a sneak preview soon!

Cheers.
Pamela

To all my Pamela Moore Alliance Members!
Welcome to the "Newly designed" Pamela Moore.net website!

First, (and foremost) I want to thank my partner and good friend Benjamin
Anderson for working so hard to get this site up and running.
Ben, you’re such a gifted, talented man and I am blessed to have you as a friend and as my partner in music. *raising my glass to you* Cheers!

Even though the site is now up there are still a few more things we will be working on over the next month.

A new forum board!
We are looking into trying to transfer data from the old board to the new, so we can keep some of the history. We will keep you posted on that.

A new press page!
This page will post any past, present and future interviews, or reviews. Press Releases and such.

And of course, the news and journals will be updated as much as possible too. As most of you know we are in the middle of finishing up our record with Neil Kernon, so expect more new photo’s and fun stories!

Please feel free to "snoop" around. This is your new home, so grab a chair and browse!
We hope you like it!!!

Love,
Pamela Moore and Benjamin Anderson
